Optional summer conditioning June 22nd-July 25th
Official season & tryouts begin August 6th
Summer practices are optional but highly recommended. Building up your mileage slowly throughout the summer will help prevent injury and help you have a more successful racing season. It's also a great way to make new friends!

PRE-SEASON TRAINING PLANS
Athletes should start building up their mileage base slowly and carefully during the summer. Here is the pre-season training packet to help you or email Coach Steph for individual advice.
OFFICIAL SEASON BEGINS AUGUST 6th
Regular practices during the school year will be Monday to Friday 4:00-6:00PM starting from LAHS Track. Saturday practice times and locations will be announced each week through email.
